Police had arrested two people in relation to what a spokesperson described as a "targeted attack" in Cowley Hill on August 16. Yesterday (September 8) saw Robert Kovacs appear at St Albans Magistrates' Court. (Image: Brandon Bernstein) The 38-year-old appeared via video link and did not enter a plea, a court spokesperson confirmed. The other suspect in the case is a 38-year-old woman from Borehamwood who remains on bail at time of writing. Following the incident, controlled explosions were carried out before the item was declared safe and removed from the scene.
