Just Mortgages’ self-employed division has reported a surge in demand for its new starter boost packages, which aims to help advisers make the switch to self-employed. The new starter boost, which was launched in January, combines access to pre-qualified leads and booked appointments, as well as a commission advance scheme, to “help ease any financial pressures” in advisers going self-employed. Just Mortgages said that it had delivered over 120 booked appointments with an 80% attendance rate, with participating advisers generating more than £25,000 in just a few months. The broker said that advisers using the posting assistance service saw around 415% more impressions on posts compared to those who did not. This includes a branded Facebook page, personalised landing page, posting assistance and on-demand branded marketing via Just Mortgages’ marketing portal.
