A man was taken to the hospital after crashing into a tree in Shortsville Saturday morning. Deputies say 52-year-old Todd Kravetz was behind the wheel of a 2019 Ford Escape when he suddenly veered off Water Street and struck a tree at high speed. Witnesses told Ontario County deputies that Kravetz had briefly stopped in the road before accelerating and losing control. Investigators believe he may have suffered a medical emergency before the crash. The NYS Police, along with Manchester and Shortsville fire departments, assisted at the crash site.
