Zoom has introduced AI Companion 3.0 at Zoomtopia 2025, which is a significant expansion of agentic AI capabilities across its platform. The update brings new productivity tools, deeper contextual intelligence, and tailored AI surfaces to Zoom Workplace and Zoom Business Services. AI Companion 3.0 is designed to act as a proactive work partner, helping users manage tasks, extract insights, and deliver higher-quality outputs. Custom AI Companion, a low-code builder for tailored AI agents, is also available starting today at an added cost. AI Companion 3.0 will be generally available in November 2025 for paid Zoom Workplace accounts.
