The partnership integrates Seagate’s Lyve Cloud Object Storage into Acronis Archival Storage, a long-term, S3-compatible solution designed for infrequently accessed data. “Acronis has led in hybrid cloud cybersecurity and backup,” said Melyssa Banda, SVP at Seagate. “Together, we’re enabling secure, compliant storage from cloud to edge to endpoint.”Gaidar Magdanurov, President of Acronis, added: “With over 60% of organisations managing more than 1 PB of data, archival storage is essential.
