Tablet Market Sees a Decline in IndiaAccording to IDC tablet shipments in India declined by 32.2% during the first half of the year, compared to the same period in 2024. In the second quarter of 2025 (April to June), tablet market shipments actually decreased further, by 42.1% compared to Q2 2024. Consumer Market is Still StableInterestingly, the consumer tablet market actually grew by 20.5% YOY in the first half of 2025. Acer was in fifth with 196,000 shipments, 9.1% market share, and a dramatic 73.1% drop in sales compared to Q1 2024.
