A special forum called Breaking the Cycle: Youth, Guns, and Community Solutions is scheduled for Monday, October 13th, at 5 p.m. in the Hopkinsville City Council chambers. City Council member Brittanie Bogard says the forum will give residents a chance to engage directly with local leadership.
