Neighbors said the house fire in Lebanon that killed four people on Sunday sprang up rapidly and was intense.
“It was an inferno,” the man who lives next door said.
The house fire killed four people — ages 73, 17, 4, and 1 — in the 800 block of Church Street.
The house is located on a one-way thoroughfare just off North 9th Street, a main route for travelers.
A neighbor who lives a few houses away said she stepped outside and saw flames pouring out of the windows.
