Former Manchester United defender, Gary Neville, has slammed Ruben Amorim over the manager’s wrong decision-making. The Englishman was particular about the Portuguese playing a known midfielder like Mason Mount at right-back, saying such decisions make the manager look stupid. “I am very worried, there is no point in me sitting here and saying I’m not,” the Red Devils legend told NBC. Amorim, who recently said he does not care about being sacked, has not won successive games since joining the club in November 2024. Manchester United finished 15th in the league table last season and are currently sitting on 14th position after 6 games.
