These emergencies, either trauma or medical-related, required urgent care.
The LUCAS device, which administers non-stop chest compressions, was used in ten per cent of these situations.
This equipment allows the team to focus on giving advanced drugs and interventions.
The charity said: "It’s an incredible piece of kit, and costs our charity over £10,000."
The air ambulance is urging the public to support them by playing their raffle to help fund essential equipment.
