DULUTH, Minn. – Duluth police are investigating a shooting in the city’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. The call for help came in around 4 a.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of West 7th Street. “Initial information is a physical alteration occurred between a 39-year-old female and a 38-year-old male inside a home,” according to the department’s public information officer. A 45-year-old woman inside the residence was “fearful and discharged a firearm, shooting the 38-year-old male in the leg,” according to police. The witness said the man who was shot tumbled down the stairs and into the yard.”
