West Palm Beach - Richard (Dickie) Normand Paquette of West Palm Beach, FL, formerly of Haverhill MA, passed away August.1, 2025. Born July.3, 1948 he was the son of the late Normand Paquette and Blanche (Mercier) Paquette. He attended Haverhill Schools and was a talented athlete, after graduation from Haverhill High he joined the United States Army. When he returned to Haverhill he worked at the Haverhill water department until his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Marie (Blanchette) of 49 yrs. Daughter Allyson and her husband, Michael of Pelham NH. Son Ryann of Haverhill. Grandson Dylan of Pelhan, NH; brother, Kenneth and his wife Carolyn of Haverhill. Richard was predeceased by son, Christopher, and granddaughter Presley. Richard was an avid sports fan always cheering on his beloved RedSox, Celtics, and Patriots. Richard was the life of the party and had a wonderful charm that people were attracted to. Richard was a generous man that donated countless hours volenteering to coach youth sports and helpout in any way he could. Richard was a father figure to many kids that didn't have one, always looking out for everyone. Richard will be deeply missed by family and friends.
