There are a number of mosdos chinuch in the area, including the renowned Yeshiva Gedolah of Greater Detroit.
In short, the Orthodox community in “Detroit” (although Southfield, West Bloomfield and Oak Park are really independent cities) is dynamic, strong and growing.
