Beginning with the Rolling Loud music festival, a new bag policy has been enacted for all U.S. festivals as a safety precaution. Festival goers may also bring one gallon Ziploc bags or a clutch bag that is no bigger than 4.5″ x 6.5”. The Rolling Loud music festival is taking place in Queens, New York on Oct. 12-13 for the first time ever. “I am a bit frustrated that for Rolling Loud they are not allowing bags that can fit my stuff,” Julia Marmelo ’20 said. According to the Rolling Loud website, in the near future they plan on expanding to Japan, China and Europe.
