One Night Live, new touring model for emerging artists returnsOne Night Live, a collaborative effort to support emerging artists and small independent music venues is back with its second tour. Like its debut tour earlier this year, One Night Live is produced by three organizations committed to strengthening the live music ecosystem. They join the Live Music Society, which has awarded $4.8 million in grants to 201 U.S. small independent live venues since 2020 and D-TOUR, a network of independent venues and promoters. 64% of U.S. independent live venues reported losing money in 2024 according to the recent NIVA State Of Live survey partially funded by Live Music Society. By investing in both artists and venues and cultivating relationships with local incubators, One Night Live is working to provide new opportunities.
