Turbine Sunshine Coast has announced building and property specialist McNab as a project partner in the next phase of delivery for the former’s purpose-built collaborative food and beverage manufacturing precinct (Turbine Precinct) at Sunshine Coast Industrial Park. “McNab is highly respected in the industry and shares our vision for building a facility that will support businesses, create jobs and deliver long-term benefits to the region. We are delighted to have them in this next key part of the journey,” said Turbine CEO Andrew Eves-Brown (pictured). Expressions of interest are being called for tenancies in the multimillion-dollar Turbine Precinct, which is being designed to enable SME food and beverage manufacturers to innovate and scale. A McNab spokesperson said the company was pleased to support Turbine’s development, which is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments.
