REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTERESTThe Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has allocated an amount equivalent to USD144,250.00 towards the cost of Improving the Ease of Starting a Business in the Caribbean Project and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued.
CDB now wishes to provide consultancy services for Re-Engineering the Business Registration Process to Improve Procedures for Starting a Business in the Caribbean.
The aim of the consultancy is to improve the ease of starting a business in targeted regions by engaging stakeholders to assess current processes, especially their impact on women and youth.
The project will deliver recommendations, performance indicators, change management training, and strategic action plans to enhance organisational capacity.
CDB now invites interested, eligible individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest indicating the qualifications and experience required to provide these consultancy services.
