(This is a republication of the original notice published September 30, 2021)The Government of Belize (GOB) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) in an amount equivalent EUR115,595, to assist in financing the enhancement of the national quality infrastructure in Belize. Payments by CDB will be made only at the request of GOB and upon approval by CDB and will be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Financing Agreement. No party other than GOB shall derive any rights from the Financing Agreement or have any claim to the proceeds of the Financing. The following consultancy assignments will be procured under the project:Consultancy Services- Design and deliver a capacity development module for stakeholders of BBS and BBS staff to audit and implement ISO/IEC 17025:2017 based quality management systemsIt is expected that these will be procured during the period: August 2021–December 2023. The following goods and/or works and/or non-consultancy services will be procured under the project:Purchasing and delivery of equipmentIt is expected that these will be procured during the period: August 2021–December 2023.
