Charlotte Luikart Javins, 85, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday, September 22, 2025. She was born on May 6, 1940, in Putnam County, W.Va., to the late Albert and Bessie Coulter Luikart. Charlotte enjoyed watching Duke Basketball, especially Coach K, Atlanta Braves, Fox News and sports. In addition to her parents and siblings, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Dallas D. Javins. Cavin Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville is proudly serving the Javins family.
