Sue Russell Dixon, 88, of Statesville, N.C., passed from her earthly body and entered the presence of the Lord on Friday, September 19, 2025. Russell and Mary Justus Russell. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Don Russell and Bill Russell; and one sister, Catherine Russell Cowan; as well as her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Cowan and Allen Josey. She is survived by her daughter, Kay Dixon Sherrill, and her favorite son-in-law, Tommy Sherrill. Troutman Funeral Home is serving the family of Sue Russell Dixon.
