Fightful Select has an update on Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) television programming. The OVW Wrestlers show streamed its first season on Netflix, but it wasn’t renewed for another season. OVW boss Al Snow also recently announced that OVW plans to film another season of Wrestlers, or a show similar to it. Although Netflix did not pick up Wrestlers for another season, the streamer reportedly briefly had the right of first refusal on OVW’s TV broadcast rights. Also, Matt Jones reportedly stepped back from many of his OVW duties, and he handled much of the details of the first season of Wrestlers.
