Kershaw, who has announced he will retire at the end of the season, started Sunday’s regular-season finale in Seattle. If the Dodgers advance, he could be added to the NL Division Series roster or used in a bullpen role deeper into October. An 11-time All-Star and three-time Cy Young winner, Kershaw finishes the regular season with 451 career starts, all for Los Angeles.
