University, Graduates Set To Cap Off Year at Fall Commencement

December marks a special milestone for graduates at The University of Texas at Dallas, as the campus honors its newest alumni in its 50th Anniversary celebration year during seven fall commencement ceremonies Dec. 16-18 in the Activity Center.
More than 2,700 degrees are expected to be awarded, including 1,545 bachelor’s degrees and 1,105 master’s degrees.
About 2,750 students are expected to participate in the various commencement ceremonies, including more than 460 graduates who earned their degrees during the summer.
That afternoon, two commencement ceremonies will recognize students expected to earn degrees from six of the University’s eight schools.
