Students returning in person for the spring semester at The University of Texas at Dallas will find a labyrinth of sidewalk and street closures to accommodate progress on the third phase of the Campus Landscape Enhancement project. A right turn lane from Rutford Avenue onto Synergy Park Boulevard has been added to ease traffic flow. Elsewhere, the enhancement project will affect roads, sidewalks and surrounding areas across campus throughout the spring semester. The third phase of the Campus Landscape Enhancement project includes turning Rutford Avenue into a 24-foot-wide promenade for pedestrians. In addition, as a part of the third phase of the Campus Landscape Enhancement project, new entry signs will be visible on the fringe of the campus.
