Accolades is an occasional News Center feature that highlights recent accomplishments of faculty and students at The University of Texas at Dallas. The award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated an exemplary record of research, teaching and service in public human resource management. Created in 1979, the Section on Personnel Administration and Labor Relations of the society promotes the importance of HR management and labor relations in public service organizations. Sabharwal’s research has been published in numerous academic journals, including the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration and Review of Public Personnel Administration. She has extensive experience in domestic and international marketing, e-commerce, sales operations, project management, data analytics, supply chain and vendor management.
