In Memoriam of Dr. Baughman A Mass of Christian burial for Dr. Ray Baughman will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, May 16, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church , 5100 W. Plano Parkway, Plano. Memorial donations may be made on his UT Dallas gift page. UT Dallas’ NanoTech Institute opened in 2001 with Baughman as its director.
