The city of Atmore fired up some grills Saturday afternoon during the first ever Battle of the Grills Cook-off and Tailgate competition at city hall. Teams competed against each other, and select dishes were judged on taste, presentation and creativity, along with the best tailgate set up. The winners of presentation and creativity were the Ribs Slingers for their presentation of ribs and zucchini. The Drug Task Force won best tailgate set up.
