This 1979 Honda CBX Super Sport underwent a 2023-24 refurbishment carried out by its previous owner, with work that included repainting the Candy Glory Red bodywork, rebuilding the 1,047cc DOHC inline-six, and fitting a Delkevic exhaust system and stainless-steel brake lines along with overhauling the braking system and replacing the tires, shocks, and drive chain. Features include a stepped black vinyl-upholstered two-up seat, dual mirrors, folding passenger foot pegs, rear passenger grab handles, and both center and side stands. Suspension is comprised of a conventional telescopic fork along with replacement preload-adjustable shocks spanning the frame and swingarm. The braking system was overhauled during the refurbishment, and it features stainless-steel lines, dual 276mm discs up front, and a single 296mm disc at the rear. Power is routed to the rear wheel through a multi-plate clutch, a five-speed transmission, and a drive chain that was replaced under previous ownership.
