I just upgraded from my iPhone 11 to the 17 and expected voice to text to make a massive leap. But I’ve been disappointed to see it’s basically the exact same. I also want to add that I am an American with a clear standard Midwest accent that is easy to understand. I am also an English teacher to foreigners so I’m always careful with how I pronounce my words. Yet voice to text continually makes so many mistakes that it doesn’t save me any time because I’m constantly going back and fixing what is typed.
