CLINTON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 6p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2024 Kenworth semi driven by a 65-year-old Shawnee, Kansas man was eastbound on MO 116 at Interstate 35 in Lathrop. As the driver made a left turn into a private drive, the vehicle traveled into the path of a westbound 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a 37-year-old Lathrop woman. Tri-County EMS transported the Jeep driver to Liberty Hospital. The semi driver was not injured.
