ARGOS — The Argos Lady Dragons hosted the Morgan Township Lady Cherokees Friday night during Senior Night for Whittlee Singleton, Luna Gomez, and Ellie Bollenbacher by a final of 6-1. Hayna Willis assisted Haley Shafer for the final goal of the first half, 4-0. Starting the second half off quickly, Argos Hayna Willis crossed the ball to Ellie Bollenbacher, who was able to float the ball over the keeper’s hands. The Dragons’ final goal came in the 50th minute when Hayna Willis was able to clean up a keeper bobble. The Dragons outshot the Cherokees 13-9 and improved their record to 4-9-1 and await the sectional draw on Sunday.
