In a rebuke of the Trump Administration's growing immigration enforcement actions, Governor Newsom joined state and community leaders in Los Angeles Saturday for a bill signing ceremony. The five bills signed are:AB 49 Prohibits immigration enforcement officers from entering a school site without a judicial warrant. SB 81 Prohibits immigration enforcement officers from entering non-public patient areas of a health or care facility without a warrant.
