Three days after a woman was fatally shot in an apartment parking lot in Carlsbad, residents of the complex are still very much on edge. The victim's SUV was stolen Friday night right outside of her apartment after the shooting. A Carlsbad shooting victim's stolen vehicle was later located in Orange County and it's driver killed by law enforcement, reports NBC 7's Kelvin Henry.
