The preseason was a little different this year for the Hun field hockey team as it was afforded an amazing opportunity to train in Ireland. “The Ireland trip was the opportunity of a lifetime,’’ said Hun coach and Athletic Director, Tracey Arndt. “We have some tough competition to start the year and the lessons learned through a tough start to the season helps us grow as a team. Hopewell Valley (2-7) – It has been a tough start for the Bulldogs, but they have a young team and will continue to improve. The week doesn’t start out real good as they have a test with Notre Dame and then Franklin comes to Ewing.
