Schumer said the Senate should reject any nominee from Trump who would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade or key healthcare protections. "If Donald Trump, who has promised to overturn Roe v. Wade, picks someone who is anti-choice, the future of Roe v. Wade is very much in question," said David Cole, national legal director for the American Civil Liberties Union. "He's been a great justice of the Supreme Court," Trump said.
