A deadly shooting early Sunday morning (Sept. 28) left a 33-year-old woman dead and three other people injured at the doorstep of Bourbon Street in New Orleans’ French Quarter. According to New Orleans Police Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick, the woman, who was reportedly an innocent bystander, was walking with her sibling on Bourbon Street when gunfire erupted. Another victim was found a short time later near Canal and St. Charles Avenue with a graze wound.
