Blas Restaurant in St Davids, part of the Twr y Felin Hotel, will launch its Sunday Lunch service on October 5, offering a seasonal menu that showcases Welsh ingredients. The menu, called "Three, Three, Three," includes a choice of beef, vegetarian, or fish mains, alongside starters and desserts. Lunch will be served between 12.30pm and 2.30pm, with pricing at £22 for one course, £28 for two, and £35 for all three. The Sunday lunch launch adds to the restaurant’s reputation for contemporary dining and its focus on using fresh, local ingredients. Sunday lunch will continue every week following the October 5 launch.
