A 31-year-old woman who was killed in a hit-and-run collision in Palmdale was identified Tuesday. Investigators said they believe drug impairment was a factor in the fatal collision. Three other victims were taken to Antelope Valley Medical Center with injuries ranging from moderate to severe, including a 32-year-old man from Palmdale. Both Littiz and Wright were booked at the Palmdale sheriff’s station. Investigators also said Littiz had been involved in a separate, unrelated crash prior to the fatal collision on Avenue N.Anyone with information regarding the fatal hit-and-run collision was urged to call the CHP Antelope Valley-area office at 661-743-6060.
