A man found dead in Enniskillen over the weekend has been named locally as Stephen Wallace. A 42-year-old man who had been arrested afterwards has since been released unconditionally as enquiries are ongoing. Details in a family notice said he was predeceased by his parents Frank and Mona, stepfather Gaby and brother Roy. A tribute from Enniskillen Town United said they were “deeply saddened” to hear of his death, noting he was the uncle of first team player Frank Wallace and brother to two long-term club and committee members. “We would also like to extend our support to all of Stephen’s immediate family, extended family and circle of friends at this time,” the club added.
