Drivers in Corning should prepare for a series of overnight ramp closures along Interstate 86 next week as road crews begin a major paving project. The New York State Department of Transportation says ramps at Exits 46, 47, and 48 will close in both directions on a rotating schedule starting Monday, September 29, through Monday, October 6.
