Amazon Fresh in Marple Township is one of six that are closing in Pennsylvania. Amazon said it will convert some of the stores to Whole Foods supermarkets, but have not announced which stores. DiBruno Brothers has announced it is closed stores in Wayne and Ardmore to focus on the company’s core Philadelphia locations and online shopping. The Wayne store is in the Strafford Shopping Center along Lancaster Avenue while the Ardmore store is in the farmers market at Suburban Square. Employees were told they would be offered jobs at other company sites.
