UDAIPUR, January 30 (Udaipur Kiran): Sai Tirupati University, Umarda, Udaipur, organised a tribute programme on the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on January 30. The event witnessed the participation of several university students, including volunteers of the National Service Scheme (NSS). The programme was held at the Nursing College campus of the university. Addressing the students, University President Dr Prashant Nahar spoke about the life of Mahatma Gandhi, his ideals, and his contributions to the nation. As a mark of respect, a two-minute silence was observed in memory of Mahatma Gandhi and the nation’s martyrs.
