Brady has since begun working on filling out his staff, as he will have to fill both his offensive and defensive coordinator roles.
On Friday morning, Brady hired Denver Broncos‘ senior offensive assistant Pete Carmichael Jr. to be his new offensive coordinator, and the move immediately drew a strong review from former NFL quarterback Chase Daniel.
I was with Joe Brady & Pete Carmichael in 2017 in the QB room….this is a fantastic hire.
Now that Brady is in charge of the Bills, he quickly turned to Carmichael and recruited him to be his offensive coordinator.
That led Brady to pivot to his offensive coordinator spot, where he has brought a familiar face, Carmichael, to town.
