The report of an investigation by the Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA, has implicating two real estate firms for allegedly using forged documents to sell and occupy three disputed plots. The report by the FCTA Legal Services Secretariat indicted two firms, Homadil Realty Limited and Rychado Group Limited, following a property dispute involving plots in the Katampe area of Abuja. The report by the FCTA followed investigation into a petition by the Yesufu family, alleging land fraud and illegal takeover of their plots. The petition was filed on behalf of the family by Falana & Falana Chambers.
