Elwyn Wolcott of Red Bluff was honored with a proclamation from the office of the late Rep. Doug LaMalfa in recognition of his 100th birthday on Dec. 17, 2025. Teri DuBose of LaMalfa’s office presented the proclamation, which also honored Wolcott for his military service as a member of the U.S. Navy in World War II. Wolcott was born in Red Bluff and was the fourth generation to operate the family’s sheep farm in Flournoy. (Contributed)
