The six, Jasem Darzaen Nia, Nadeem Jadgai, Imran Baloch, Hassan Baloch, Rahim Baksh, and Imtiyaz Daryayi, who were intercepted in the Indian Ocean, appeared before Chief Magistrate Anthony Mwicigi, requesting that the charge be read afresh.
