The Primary Election will be held June 2nd, with seats up for election in Delaware County this year including County Supervisor District 3, County Treasurer, County Recorder, and County Attorney. Democratic and Republican candidates for those offices must file nomination papers in the Delaware County Auditor’s Office between March 2nd and March 20th. Non-partisan candidates for county offices must also gather the signatures of at least 75 eligible electors who live within Delaware County. Nomination packets are now available in the Delaware County Auditor’s Office – the packets are also available on the Delaware County website and the Secretary of State’s website.
