In a video showing the governor inspecting the project site with some state officials, Eno is seen questioning the contractor, an expatriate, who was conducting him around, on why construction began with the mortuary. “Why did you start mortuary first, why mortuary, I say build hospital you started with mortuary, don’t say that kind of a thing again, don’t show me mortuary,” he told the contractor. The governor also visited other key infrastructure developments across the state.
