Cleveland Police said the driver involved had already previously been warned about the manner of his driving. ‌Police received numerous reports from the community about antisocial driving at Skelton retail park on the night of Wednesday, January 28. ‌There, they came across a driver who had previously received a section 59 warning from police about the manner of his driving. Unfortunately for him, after receiving another section 59 his vehicle was seized by officers.
