Tributes have been paid to Perth man James Scrimgeour who died while in Portugal following Rangers. Tributes have been led by Mr Scrimgeour’s brother-in-law, Stewart Kerr, who said the first his family knew about the tragedy was when they saw it on Facebook. “He was in Portugal following his lifelong love of Glasgow Rangers FC. RIP Jim.”The UK Foreign Office confirmed it was aware of the death of a British man in Portugal. Thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.”Susan Sutherland said: “RIP Jim you’ll be sadly missed by so many.”
